Who we are

Mark S Cherry, Attorney at Law, PC is a general practice professional law firm in Cherry Hill, NJ that, in addition to the general practice of law, assists homeowners across New Jersey.

We have experience in Foreclosure Prevention, Real estate, Tax law and Bankruptcy Law. Our firm has helped hundreds of clients file bankruptcy securing their financial future and prevented many foreclosures keeping families safe at home.

My experience and education

Mark S Cherry graduated from the Delaware Law School of Widener University J.D in May 1986. Before that Mark earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Moot Court Honor Society Temple University in August 1979.

Mark is admitted to practice in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Federal District Courts, Bankruptcy Court, Federal Court of Appeals and U.S. Tax Court and has been a sole practitioner since 1986.

What will the fees and expenses be?

It is my philosophy that I do everything I can. Depending on each case the cost will be different.

How will we communicate?

The best way for us to communicate is face to face. You can schedule an appointment where we can go over any issue and concern you may have about your case. If we couldn’t schedule a time for the both of us, the best way to reach me will be via email.

What is my role in case preparation?

The role that you will be playing will be to explain your story and situation for me. I will be completely honest and forthcoming. I will not give you advice that will get me or you into any ethical or criminal dilemma.
